Hello world!
Despite the ‘Hello world!’ default initial post title being cheesy to some folks, I leave it intact for my blog. I am a programmer, and ‘Hello world!’ has special meaning in the programming world, indicating the initial trial of a new language.
I have been online since 1995, and have been designing and building websites since 1999. I have been too busy with other peoples’ websites over the years to do my own website, but I have always thought about informal things I would like to do in my own space.
This site will serve me first as a professional front, providing my resume, portfolio, and anything else that will prove my professionalism and hire-ability. This site will serve me second as a place to record programming tidbits and neat ideas that I discover along the way.
